Joynexa ships orders to serviceable locations in India through available delivery partners.

Order Processing

Orders are normally processed after order confirmation and may require additional verification for Cash on Delivery orders.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time depends on the destination, courier network and product availability. The delivery estimate shown at checkout or communicated after ordering should be treated as an estimate, not a guarantee.

Tracking

Where tracking is available, tracking details may be shared with the customer after dispatch. Courier scans can take some time to update.

Delays

Delivery may be delayed because of weather, holidays, courier capacity, address issues, remote locations, operational disruptions or other circumstances outside our control.

Incorrect Address

Please provide an accurate delivery address and reachable phone number. Delays or additional handling caused by incorrect or incomplete address information may be the customer's responsibility.
